Prepare for Pickup
Disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
Schedule a Collection
For large furniture items, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient white-glove pickup time at your residence.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
